The Epilepsy Leadership Council (ELC), originally founded as Vision 2020 in 2012 with just 20 organizations, has since grown to a powerful network of over 60 organizations dedicated to advancing the epilepsy community.

Complete the form below and submit your application. Our team will review your application and contact you regarding the next steps.
Requirements for eligible organizations:
a. Must have received 501(c)(3) designation. Organizations with a pending application for status will not be considered until they receive this designation.
b. Must have a clear and primary connection to epilepsy.
c. Must be willing and able to pay requisite dues (note, no dues currently required for any member organizations)
d. Must submit a letter of support from a member organization.
